Supporting you through your selection process: We begin the interview process by providing employers with a list of pre-screened candidates. Employers then select the candidates they would like to interview and can select at least two people for each position. You have the option to invite candidates for second interviews, in-person or via videoconference, prior to making final hiring decisions. You will be able to make employment offers subject to background checks, candidate assessments and your other criteria.

 

Pre-screened, quality candidates: Where possible, we coordinate trades candidates that you have selected to write the Red Seal Exam prior to starting a position in your organization. As part of our client commitment, we provide support to candidates who begin working before passing the Red Seal Exam. Candidates typically write the exam within seven months of their initial employment date.
